entered above. Accepted proof: a faculty/staff ID card, an official appointment or employment letter on institutional
letterhead, a recent pay stub, a link to your listing on your institution's staff directory, or a syllabus/LMS view
showing you as instructor of record. Requests without proof on file will not be approved.

code above, you can skip all of this — just submit the form.

the AssessME Analyzer extension instead.

AssessME is bring-your-own-key: your organization connects its own provider account(s) and pays that
provider directly — there is no platform-managed fallback key. Faculty and student AI features depend
on the keys you add here. Ticks remain a usage governor only (see the Org Balance tab
for daily limits) and are never billed by SmoothSoft.

Onboarding Codes

Manage Organization Ticks
Add ticks to an org balance, or set the balance directly to any value. No payment required — admin override.
Adds the specified number of ticks to the current balance.
Pending Faculty Requests
Self-service "Request Faculty Access" submissions — org_admin and no-code faculty/grader requests only; a
faculty/grader request submitted with a valid org onboarding code never reaches this list at all (it's enrolled
immediately), unless the org's seat cap was already full, in which case it lands here for the org_admin to
resolve. For faculty/grader requests, confirm proof was received at info@assessmevibe.com,
pick the organization, and Verify & Link to Org — this does not grant access,
it hands them to that org's admin to activate. Org_admin requests are different: approve them directly here,
in one step, once you've created (or picked) the organization they'll administer.
